Where do our fruits come from? ______________________________________________

Our products are made from imported pulp, a solution which allows us to work with fruits prepared at maximum maturity. These are pasteurized and frozen on site in the Amazon, guaranteeing they keep their full flavor. They are grown on local agricultural cooperatives or small landholdings in the Amazon region of Brazil [see the regions of Belém and Manaus on the map below].

The pulp locally produced in the Amazon is then transported to Europe by boat, a system of transport considerably more ecological and economical than air freight.

Our sorbets are then prepared in Switzerland by the firm Hasta Glaces in Sion, known for its traditional home-made methodology, using the highest standards of hygiene and without any additives or colorants.

This is a unique opportunity to taste exotic fruits which are normally extremely difficult or impossible to transport in their natural state.
